Major Development Potentials

1The location of Kampong Bharu is very strategic because it is surrounded by high-profile and mega development such as KLCC, Kuala Lumpur Tower, Titiwangsa Lake Garden, Istana Budaya, National Library, Bukit Bintang, MATIC and commercial area in Jalan Ampang and Jalan Tun Razak.

This opens up great potentials for Kampong Bharu in offering business premises and residential space that is more comprehensive and modern.
