Standing at 452 meters above ground, the Petronas Twin Towers are the tallest twin towers in the world. The towers, which were completed in 1996, was designed by Cesar Pelli & Associates in association with KLCC architects. The building was inaugurated by Y.A.B. Dato' Seri Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, the 4th Prime Minister of Malaysia.
The location of Kuala Lumpur City Centre twin towers was formerly the racing site of Selangor Turf Club. The Twin Towers is a state-of-the-art national landmark that is equipped with world-class communication facilities and a symbol of progress and achievement of the emerging economy.
